SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description
The Roadworthy Living text messaging program ("Program") is operated by Roadworthy Living, a DBA of Coverly Rated LLC, and sends informational text messages to subscribers who have explicitly opted in to receive them. Roadworthy Living is an auto insurance informative resource. We are not an insurance company, agent, broker, or marketplace, and our SMS messages will never quote, sell, or solicit insurance, nor will they forward your information to insurance providers.
2. Opt-In
You may opt in by checking one or both of the SMS consent boxes on our subscribe page and submitting the form with a valid mobile number. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any content on our site.
3. Message Categories and Frequency
- Account notifications: transactional messages such as confirmation of your subscription and delivery of the Smart Car Ownership Checklist. Frequency varies based on your activity.
- Educational updates: recurring informative messages about new guides and content. Up to 6 messages per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other major U.S. carriers.
8. Privacy
We will not sell, share, or transfer your phone number, opt-in data, or any other mobile information to insurance carriers, agents, brokers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile device (or have permission from the account holder) to opt in to the Program.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
